Selected work
A cross-section of automation, medical-device, and inspection work. Certain details are intentionally limited to respect client confidentiality.

Mechanical engineering contributions for a medical-device platform developed around controlled operation, serviceability, usability, and rigorous design requirements.
Patent US12357759B2 ↗
Mechanical design and project engineering for integrated battery-production equipment, with attention to reliable part handling, maintainability, and production-ready operation.

Engineered an ATS conveyor with custom tooling to support a 90-parts-per-minute cycle. Developed the automation concepts and mechanical systems required for accurate card handling, controlled transport, and repeatable processing across a coordinated equipment workflow. The completed system was subsequently duplicated.

A purpose-built inspection-system concept for evaluating water seals with controlled presentation, sensing, and operator-focused equipment design. Commercial terms and sensitive project details are excluded.

Custom inspection equipment integrating cameras, lighting, sensors, fixtures, and controlled part presentation for repeatable automated checks.
Mechanical design and development of an automated Bussmaker system integrating precision material feeding, forming, cutting, and controlled part handling within a compact, operator-accessible production machine.
Product Design · Confidential Program
Confidential mechanical engineering support for a regulated medical-device program. Work included product design, mechanism development, design for manufacturing and assembly, prototype evaluation, production-process development, and verification support. Project details remain confidential under NDA.

How WOJTEK works
WOJTEK brings hands-on design and project engineering to technically demanding work. The approach is collaborative and disciplined: understand the process, identify the risk, model the right solution, then prove it before production.
Clients get an engineer who can move comfortably between CAD, the machine floor, vendors, testing, and stakeholder reviews—with confidentiality treated as part of the work.
